The team there was so helpful, always putting themselves in the customers shoes and within 15 mins the issue was solved. May, 2024My laptop had a broken screen which took less than 12 hours to be replaced.Few days later the battery packed up it was also replaced .I then experienced memory issues .Asetos not only dealt with that but repaired thence rom and updated the ram from 2gb to 8gb at a fee affordable .I cant say more about the staff and technicians who are so helpful u almost feel like u have known them before .Accolades to Inno for her service .Sean Kay15.
